Hearing exams are being scheduled about 2-3 weeks out. Fittings and adjustments can be scheduled out in about 1-2 weeks. We are still offering curbside services for cleanings, repairs, and supply pick up or purchase. Those appointments can usually be scheduled within 1-3 days.
We are following all CDC guidelines in order to keep both our patients and our staff safe.

When I got the tone on my right hearing aid this morning, I tried to change the battery, but the shell was twisted. As I must use two ears to hear, I called Wendy Gallegos and got in this afternoon. Megan was able to make repairs and all is right now. I really appreciate service like that and look forward to my annual check up, which I scheduled today.

Just minutes before closing time, I called from a mile away to ask if they had the little parts I needed which I just broken on my hearing aids. Allison said they did have and that if I would drive over she would take the hearing aid and replace the part. Great friendly service just what you expect in Corrales. I had the opportunity to experience an office visit with Ms. Tracy Gallegos . I would rate this office a 4.8. Nobody’s perfect, when I walked into this office I felt comfortable and at ease. There is no stress during the visit as Ms. Tracy explained everything prior to doing testing; testing went well. When we were done Ms. Tracy took the time to explain the details in the report, what everything meant and my hearing reported the things we discuss prior to testing. I was just very grateful how Ms. Tracy made me feel relaxed and at home.
